Senior Engineer

As a member of the processors product line, you will be working on cutting-edge processors and microcontrollers central to ADI’s goal of enabling the intelligent edge.

As a Systems Engineer you will work with business leaders, architects, algorithm experts, software engineers, and hardware designers to define and create innovative solutions to solve customer challenges in state-of-the art applications such as autonomous and electric vehicles, intelligent robotics, and renewable energy.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Solution-focused approach with a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about how systems function

 
Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with the following programming languages: C, Python, VHDL.
• Experience debugging circuits and software
• Experience with software development tools and techniques
• Proficient with electrical lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power supply...)
• Familiarity with fieldbus and other industrial communications protocols and techniques for exchanging data among control/monitoring devices
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) / Distributed control system (DCS) and programming Robotics Systems
• Knowledge of the following software: Altium Designer, Pspice, Matlab.
• Knowledge of mainstream Tier 1 automation frameworks
• Knowledge of IoT platforms for industrial application
• Knowledge of or experience with real-time field-level industrial applications
• Experience with Inverter applications such as multi-axis servo motor control
