Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional sales experience with formal sales training.
  • A demonstrated performance record with clear documentation of success.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A goal-oriented, self-starting approach with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Residence in the geographic location of the position or willingness to relocate.
  • Ability to travel to Southern California for a two-week training class.
  • A four-year degree.
  • Ability to meet third-party credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.
  • For the Account Manager level, at least 3 years of medical or surgical device sales experience.
  • For the Account Manager level, experience calling on surgeons, operating room directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators, and materials management.
Responsibilities
  • Exceed quota expectations established by management.
  • Manage the full breadth of products in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts in assigned accounts.
  • Provide high levels of support and service to assigned accounts.
