Hydraulics Specialist

We're looking for a Hydraulics Specialist to join our team at a customer site in Lucca. This is your chance to play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of key systems in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks for hydraulic systems.

• Developing and implementing hydraulic maintenance strategies, including standard work procedures.

• Troubleshooting hydraulic issues and leading root cause analysis investigations.

• Collaborating with internal/external resources.

• Monitoring system conditions, oil quality, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Train team members to enhance their skills and ensure they master essential competencies
