Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the integration function by managing independent deal leads, coaching high-performing teams, evolving playbooks and tools, and bringing external standards to improve consistency, speed, and value capture.
  • Manage relationships with third parties for surge capacity and expertise.
  • Act as a senior advisor on complex, high-impact transactions and influence how integrations are planned and executed.
  • Set integration strategy across the deal lifecycle by aligning deal thesis, value drivers, and execution priorities.
  • Shape integration hypotheses during diligence, assess risks and trade-offs, and inform deal structuring and decision-making.
  • Define integration approach, sequencing, priorities, and key decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
  • Translate deal intent into executable integration plans with clear ownership, milestones, governance, and success metrics.
  • Drive value realization by identifying risks early, mitigating issues proactively, and establishing operating cadences that enable timely decisions.
  • Lead multiple concurrent integrations across deal types and stages while maintaining focus on strategic and financial outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders, resolve trade-offs, and drive high-quality decisions at key inflection points without relying on direct authority.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional integration across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Information Technology.
  • Establish governance, decision forums, and executive transparency into progress, risks, and trade-offs to support speed and accountability.

Adobe stock down 24% in 2026 amid AI concerns, but trading at discounted 15x earnings multiple

BofA backs Oracle with 51% upside over Adobe as AI demand drives contrasting growth paths

Bank of America has set sharply divergent ratings for Adobe and Oracle ahead of their September 10 earnings reports. Adobe acquires Indian marketing intelligence startup Rilo for team and tech

Adobe has acquired Rilo, an India-based marketing intelligence startup, in a deal involving licensing and team acquisition. The companies did not disclose financial terms. Founded in 2025 by IIT graduates Georgi Boby and Dhruv Jaglan, Rilo raised $1 million from investors including PeakXV, DeVC, and Day Zero Ventures at a $10 million valuation. Adobe will integrate some of Rilo's intellectual property along with its six-member team. Rilo focused on automating marketing workflows, allowing go-to-market teams to create custom workflows for competitor intelligence, content repurposing, and sales call analysis. The startup will shut down post-acquisition. This marks Adobe's second Indian acquisition after purchasing video platform Rephrase.ai in 2023. Last year, Adobe also acquired SEO company Semrush for $1.9 billion.
