Over the course of our 12-month Leadership Rotation Network, you will have the opportunity to rotate through three middle/back-office teams – examples including Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Risk, Project Management, Business Management and Finance – before being placed on a team that matches your interests and DRW’s business needs.

You’ll start out by participating in our LRN Welcome Week which encompasses formal training to sharpen your knowledge of market fundamentals, propelling you to succeed in your rotations that follow. Welcome Week also enables relationship building amongst your cohort members and the LRN community. 

Throughout each rotation, you’ll spearhead projects that allow you to understand each team’s scope and how they collaborate to support our trading business. Upon program completion, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of the business and have a “behind the scenes” look at how our trading functions work together cohesively.

You’ll be right at home if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics or related field with a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025
• An interest in trading and technology and specifically a desire to work in a middle/back-office role
• A strong sense of urgency, insatiable desire to learn, unwavering commitment to integrity and proven ability to deliver both as an individual and member of a team
• An adaptive and self-motivated attitude, passion for meeting challenges head-on and track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
• A desire to live/work in Chicago, IL (this opportunity requires physical presence and is not offered on a remote basis)
• Work authorization and do not require sponsorship
