WHAT YOUR SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE...

6 months... 

You have assimilated the majority of tasks and responsibilities. You are familiar with the tools/software you use on a daily basis. You have started your first redesign mandate and are anticipating the next steps in the process. You actively lead and coordinate client and team meetings. You have had a discussion with your client to explain that a scope change request will impact their budget and/or timeline.  You have integrated well into the management team and you contribute in your own way to the optimization of the department's processes while radiating a nice positive energy. 

12 months... 

You have delivered your first redesign mandate and you are now autonomous to carry out an entire redesign mandate. You propose internal initiatives to the management process. You have worked with several teams. You have learned to coordinate different personalities in different contexts, teams and projects. You understand the e-commerce ecosystem and can explain it to your clients. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of medium- to large-scale projects by defining success indicators and identifying risk factors;
• Collaborate with the Product Owner andeCommerce strategists to track and coordinate multiple projects of varying complexity;
• Monitor sprint tasks regularly and anticipate potential blockers or overruns;
• Prepare reports and project plans to enable efficient and proactive tracking;
• Manage several projects and teams at the same time;
• Communicate project progress clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients, proactively communicating any changes that may occur during the sprint or project development;
• Support teams in creating, refining, and maintaining tasks within the project management platform (JIRA) as well as ensuring the use of good Agile methodologies;
• Maintain and foster a trusting relationship with clients.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, or other relevant education/experience in managing digital projects in an Agile environment;
• Excellent understanding of digital ecosystems, needs, trends, and challenges;
• Strong analytical skills, with a consulting mindset and problem-solving approach;
• Positive leadership, resourceful, and autonomous;
• Bilingual (French/English);
• Ability to communicate with tact, flexibility, and diplomacy;
• Detail-oriented and thorough.

STRENGTHS

• 2 to 5 years' experience in Agile Project Management;
• Experience with a project management tool such as JIRA;
• Asset: PMP, Scrum or other certification.
