Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead identification and management, qualification, structured progression through sales stages, deal negotiation and close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to identify value and deliver tailored demos and proposals for customers and prospects
  • Understand customers’ and prospects’ challenges and needs and effectively translate knowledge of ONci product into customer benefits
  • Conduct product demos, presentations and negotiations with prospects and clients
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including tracking and reporting on key metrics
  • Consistently exceed sales quota targets
  • Travel to customer locations in your territory in support of sales efforts (~25% of time)
