Associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience preferably in a technology or manufacturing field
Technical aptitude to pick up general technical aspects of various technologies
Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing with CNC & Additive work
Customer service oriented
Demonstrated attention to detail
Previous experience with high-volume data entry and time management
High energy and comfortable interfacing with coworkers
Communicates effectively in a polite and enthusiastic manner

Responsibilities

Data Entry
Retrieve Quote Request information from both Automated and Manual channels
Organize information for engineering review
RFQ document
CAD file review (functional)
DWG file review
Engage with sales representatives for document clarification and correction
Complete online and offline templates with available information
Produce DRAFT quotes per approved methodology in Machining and Additive manufacturing
Present and submit DRAFT quotes to Quote Engineers
Maintain quote databases in a real time basis
Review and set-up custom quotes using Xometry's platform
Review 3D models and 2D drawings for the purpose of quoting and design-for-manufacturing feedback
High-volume data entry, transfer, and task management
Review Zendesk tickets and emails for service requests
Provide clarity to customers with what Xometry will need to process an RFQ
Direct requests to subject matter experts as required

General understanding of Machining and Additive manufacturing is a plus

As a Technical Sales Coordinator at Xometry, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales team as they work with existing and potential customers across an array of industries. In this role, the Technical Sales Coordinator will help organize and enter custom quote requests for the Sales team to deliver. Must haves in order to be successful in this role include extreme organization, insane attention to detail, and the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Data Entry
