  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement total rewards strategies that support the organization's business goals
  • Previous experience overseeing Workday implementation will be instrumental. This includes HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Talent/Performance, Integrations etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
