Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in total rewards, with a track record of developing and implementing successful programs at a global level
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement total rewards strategies that support the organization's business goals
- Previous experience overseeing Workday implementation will be instrumental. This includes HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Talent/Performance, Integrations etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with fully remote or distributed companies across multiple time zones
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to total rewards
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity awards, to attract, retain, and empower employees
- Oversee the organization's benefits programs, inclusive of perks and stipends
- Create recognition programs that recognize and reward employees for their contributions and performance
- Guide the design, development, and implementation of wellness programs that promote employee health and well-being
- Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in total rewards and regularly evaluate and recommend changes to the organization's programs to ensure they remain competitive
- Collaborate with HR partners and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective communication and implementation of total rewards programs
