Responsibilities
  • Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
  • Help clients with mobility.
  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the Registered Nurse Case Manager and Home Health Aide Coordinator.
