- Basic knowledge of computers and internet-based applications for charting is required.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills are required.

- The candidate must pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
- Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Help clients with mobility.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the Registered Nurse Case Manager and Home Health Aide Coordinator.
