Responsibilities

Assist in regular product and content updates in RFP automation tool (Loopio)
Creating new projects in Loopio for response collaboration and pre-populating questionnaires using content library
Portal registrations for online RFP submissions
Assist in organizing and maintaining library of archived RFP responses
Updating RFx tracking requests in Salesforce with relevant project information
Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting tasks to support RFP team performance metrics
Assist with wordsmithing new response content from SMEs and other RFx stakeholders
Assist with providing responses to informal customer requests
Assist with final response editing, formatting, and proofreading

Job Description

The Sales Operations Intern - RFx assists the global proposal team in creating and developing high quality RFP responses. In this role, the intern will have an outstanding opportunity to work with our global sales team, as well as various internal stakeholders across the wider business. The intern works directly with the Proposal Manager to programmatically grow a scalable and repeatable proposals program at Workiva.

The RFP team supports the sales team in winning new business through the submission of highly effective and visually appealing proposals (these include pre-qualification questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, etc.) to clients around the world. The intern’s involvement ranges from basic information gathering, data sourcing, drafting and formatting, to participating in various business initiatives. Through a rewarding work experience within an international environment, the internship will help develop valuable skills in customized proposal preparation, competitive analysis and project management.
