Support Senior Account Managers in daily client communication and follow-up
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Maintain and update client records and documentation
Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions under supervision
Participate in meetings and take detailed notes and action items
Monitor project timelines and deliverables
Handle basic administrative tasks related to account management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
0–2 years of experience in client services, sales support, or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
