Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, prioritizing an exceptional employee experience throughout.
  • Fostering employee engagement and driving talent management strategies.
  • Leading the seamless transition from EOR provider to PEO provider, Trinet, for effective contract administration of US employees.
  • Contributing to defining and managing local benefits packages for employees.
  • Coordinating input for the US payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Curating and updating the internal knowledge base (Notion) to enhance accessibility and efficiency for all teams.
  • Leading engagement, attraction, recognition, and development initiatives within the organization.
  • Championing company culture through the design and implementation of culture-strengthening initiatives.
  • Staying updated on legal requirements to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance in day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborating with the People & Culture team on strategic projects and HR analytics.
  • Handling complex HR situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Partnering with different departments to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
  • Updating and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining meticulous records, documentation, and filings to ensure compliance and data integrity.
