Requirements
  • 60 credits or more of higher education or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Minimum of three years of administrative/office experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in operating office equipment (I.e. printers, copiers, scanners, etc.).
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Calendar.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite are required, including Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven written, oral, electronic, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload with changes priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, team oriented, and customer driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Data entry; responding to email and phone requests; organizing/filing project emails; uploading reports to and data entry for the website; assisting the Communications Specialist with outreach efforts; composing and delivering meeting minutes; and developing and updating administrative processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, especially Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Digital media (i.e. Canva) and website support (i.e. WordPress) experience.
  • Experience with video conference software (i.e. Zoom or Teams).
  • Experience with email marketing services (i.e. MailChimp).
