What believers are saying

  • CCM priced $750 million of 7.750% notes on August 12, 2026, funding growth.
  • Q1 2026 volume financed one in every 33 homes sold nationwide.
  • CCM added Dan Gjeldum, John Noldan, and Raena Pinchuk in Chicago and Idaho.

What critics are saying

  • The AmNet lawsuit survives in Georgia, keeping trade-secret and poaching claims alive.
  • The $750 million 7.750% notes due 2031 add expensive leverage to a cyclical business.
  • If rates stay elevated, refinancing revenue collapses and CCM's servicing-heavy bet misfires.

What makes CrossCountry Mortgage unique

  • CCM ranks first retail mortgage lender for three straight years, per Scotsman Guide, 2026.
  • Blend integration promises cycle times cut more than half, improving purchase-loan win rates.

Twenty new townhomes designed to fit historic downtown Lebanon are unveiled. Image. LEBANON, OH - Justin Doyle Homes will open Lebanon Landing, a new 20-unit townhome community in historic downtown Lebanon, to public preview on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at 301 N Mechanic Street. The VIP Preview Event marks the first public look at the only new construction of its kind in Lebanon's historic district. Lebanon Landing was designed in close collaboration with architects to integrate visually with the surrounding historic district, where the Golden Lamb has operated continuously since 1803 and where preserved 19th-century facades line Broadway and Mechanic Street. The community features mixed brick facades, corbeled cornices, recessed brick panels, and varied facade colors across adjacent units - architectural details borrowed from the older buildings nearby. "From the first conversation with the architects, the objective was clear: build something that looks like it's been here a while. Lebanon's downtown has more than two centuries of history. We wanted to add to it, not interrupt it." explained Justin Doyle Homes Founder, Justin Doyle. The community comprises twenty townhomes across two- and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,745 to 2,223 square feet. Each unit features a dedicated first-floor home office, an open-plan second-floor living level with private deck, third-floor bedrooms, and an attached garage. Justin Doyle Homes has partnered with John and JT Bissman of Bissman Group KW Advisors as the listing agents for the community, and with CrossCountry Mortgage as the preferred lender for buyer financing. "What I'm hearing from interested buyers is that the location is what they've been waiting for - new construction that's actually walkable to the historic district, at finish levels you'd expect at this price point. The Preview Event is the first chance to see the finished units up close," noted John Bissman, Bissman Group KW Advisors. Pricing for Lebanon Landing starts in the upper $400,000s. Through CrossCountry Mortgage, qualified buyers can access a financing package that includes a 4.99% 30-year fixed rate with a 2-1 buy-down option, 3% down for first-time homebuyers (5% for all others), and unlimited future refinances with no closing costs. The property also carries a 50% building tax abatement transferable for ten years. Ahead of the Preview Event, two units have already gone under contract. Of the remaining inventory, five units are move-in ready, with six additional units arriving within 60 days. The final units will be released following the Preview Event. Event details: - Lebanon Landing VIP Preview Event - Thursday, July 9, 2026 · 4:00 - 7:00 PM - 301 N Mechanic Street, Lebanon, OH 45036 - Drinks and light bites will be served - The event is open to the public; advance RSVP is available at justindoylehomes.com/communities/lebanon-landing - Lebanon Mayor Mark Messer will be in attendance, joining Justin Doyle and members of the Justin Doyle Homes team.
