Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or have a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality.
  • Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in QA Engineering, Project Management, or Project Engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Support Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing tendering and project execution phases.
  • Verify contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled while supporting customer satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Establish and execute Project Quality Plans and inspection and test plans, including witness and hold points and quality records for contract compliance.
  • Ensure customer quality requirements and Feedback of Experience/Lessons Learned are incorporated into tender proposals and project execution processes to avoid deviations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of key customer issues and provide customer feedback on implemented resolutions and corrective actions.
  • Control main project KPIs and OKRs, reporting to business leaders and customers.
  • Perform NCR management and execute quality programs to reduce impact on customer projects.
  • Implement and maintain customer engagement programs that ensure process consistency throughout all project phases and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Advise functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures within the quality discipline.
  • Communicate with colleagues and business stakeholders regarding quality approaches, project coordination, and service delivery.
  • Contribute as a project team member or lead small projects as required.
