Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product to determine the highest-impact growth levers across Retention, SEO, and top-of-funnel user acquisition, and drive execution
  • Foster a data-driven, high-velocity culture of experimentation, iteration, and learning within the growth engineering team
  • Provide technical direction and architectural oversight, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions align with growth objectives
  • Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, impactful growth initiatives
  • Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
  • Articulate and execute a long-term vision for engineering systems supporting growth, ensuring incremental and measurable progress
  • Build ownership and accountability within the team, celebrating successes and learning from experiments
