Responsibilities
  • Understand customer’s business and objectives by conducting research
  • Practice active listening and thoughtful discovery to uncover customer’s buying motivators
  • Gain commitment and buy-in to drive customer decision making
  • Collaborate internally with Account Director and CSMs
  • Think commercially and apply business acumen when crafting & negotiating commercial agreements
  • Use data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections
  • Identify an accurate path to revenue for the relevant quota period
  • Demonstrate sales operational excellence through CRM discipline
  • Best in class use of CRM and other sales tools to maximize efficiency and productivity
