- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, Management, or a related field is required.

- Monitor patient flow, throughput, and capacity to improve efficiency, access, and patient experience.
- Manage operational and financial performance, including volume, labor utilization, productivity, budgets, and key performance metrics.
- Partner with clinical, medical, nursing, and administrative leaders to support coordinated, high-quality care.
- Ensure regulatory readiness, patient safety, and quality standards across clinic operations.
- Use data to identify opportunities and implement solutions that improve workflows, resources, and overall clinic performance.
- Lead during significant operational, staffing, safety, or facility events and ensure effective communication and resolution.
Mind 24-7 provides urgent and emergency mental health and psychiatric care around the clock through outpatient services such as Psych Express Care, Psych Crisis Care, Psych Progressions, and TelePsych support. Care begins with immediate assessment and stabilization in short, roughly two-hour appointments designed to reduce unnecessary ER visits and hospital admissions, with payments mainly through insurance and direct patient payments. Its differentiators include a 24/7 crisis and outpatient care model with a multidisciplinary team and a Progressions Program that helps prevent readmissions and supports transitions to longer-term treatment. The goal is to close gaps in mental health care by providing fast, accessible, and coordinated care for people in crisis and ongoing support for recovery.
