  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP certification and one of the following Scrum/Agile certifications: PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) from the Project Management Institute, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM I (Professional Scrum Master) *(Proof of Certification must be submitted with bid submission)*
  • SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in ERP/SAP projects, including 4+ years leading large-scale implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP modules such as SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, and Workforce Software.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation) and their integration with SAP S/4HANA and Workforce Software.
  • Working knowledge of project and program management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and PROSCI.
  • Demonstrated senior leadership with the ability to mentor, coach, engage, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic insight, innovation, and critical/analytical decision-making skills with the ability to build evidence-based proposals and link strategies to business objectives.
  • Strong ability to lead complex ERP/SAP transformations, anticipate barriers, and drive change through stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, including presenting to executive audiences and Council.
  • Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities with high learning agility.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and performance management.
  • Solid understanding of performance measurement and continuous improvement in ERP/SAP environments.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the implementation, management, and evaluation of ERP/SAP programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborates closely with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program area teams on implementation.
  • Serves in a senior role to assess key risks in the ERP implementation plan.
  • Provides expert advice to identify strategies and critical issues to be resolved by the team.
  • Offers strategic input into ERP architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise IT standards.
  • Mentors and coaches project staff based on experience with ERP/SAP systems (HR, Finance, and Procurement).
  • Maintains dotted line relationships with other experts in Enterprise Transformation, HR Leadership, IT Leadership, Procurement Leadership, Corporate Finance and Treasurer Leadership, and Business and Financial Planning Leadership.
  • Acts as the principal advisor for strategic and operational plans aligned with ERP/SAP goals and objectives.
  • Represents the project when necessary to build stakeholder confidence.
  • Stays current with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors innovations and recommends adoption of new features or enhancements that drive business value.
