Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience creating and executing integrated, multi-channel (digital advertising, lead nurture programs, live events, webinars, and social media) marketing campaigns for a B2B company
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to successfully plan, manage, (re)prioritize and implement multiple complex projects and campaigns simultaneously and foresee/mitigate potential risks
  • Experience aligning with key stakeholders on strategic direction and supporting a global promotional strategy that requires input from multiple teams
  • Track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Strong fluency in Marketing Automation, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Wrike
  • Highly collaborative and believe success is achieved as a team
  • History of delivering high-quality campaigns
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and 1:1 collaboration)
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing programs that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline opportunities
  • Manage projects end-to-end from the creation stage to execution stage to reporting and learning stage
  • Participate in conversations around voice, tone and content strategy within their area of focus, backed by an understanding of business and product goals, and larger conversations within the content team to help explore and define ongoing vision for content as a whole
  • Ensure the success of the content strategy by presenting content solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and other team members
  • Collaborate with product marketing to design effective programs, in-sync with corporate and product launches and related activities
  • Develop integrated complementary strategies and plans with digital teams to develop advertising, banner/display ads, and retargeting to reach target audiences
  • Work collaboratively with product marketing, content, social media, and visual design teams to adapt campaign messaging and long-form content (such as webinars and whitepapers) into bite-sized pieces of content for use in marketing campaigns and ensure all elements are executed on time and according to strategy
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations and Demand Gen leadership to ensure leads are properly delivered to BDRs and the sales team. Help to inform the development of comprehensive dashboards to track and analyze the ROI of various campaigns (based on lead progression through the sales funnel) and of various campaign elements (based on relevant metrics), and leverage those reports to improve future campaigns
  • Emphasize customer-centric approach to planning with continuous attention to customer needs, customer lifecycle, and the customer experience
  • Oversee and QA all marketing work streams to ensure all elements of the campaign are accurate prior to launch
  • Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, record results, and advise on improvements
