- Experience in AV, Systems, SW, and/or Validation

- Actively manage cross functional collaboration between Systems Engineering, Software & Operations groups
- Partner with Tech Leads Managers from software and systems engineering teams to create roadmap and project plans
- Guide the planning and execution process of the engineering team
- Manage and track project status, identity and mitigate risks, and raise resources allocation concerns to the Lead TPM
- Manage team priorities to ensure delivery of program goals
- Regularly communicate project status updates
- Summarize team progress to communicate the state of the project
- Help with decision making by concisely summarizing data regarding issues and project needs
- Respond tactically & be able to pivot quickly to escalations and changing priorities
- Demonstrate strong understanding of software development process
- Be able to translate & present technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project management
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations
