Overview
Job Summary:
Coordinates the administration of Case Management /Complex Care. Understands and participates in the operational processes of the patient care areas and as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver the safest and most efficient/effective patient care to patients. Evaluates patient care and programming through supervision of the Case Management process, patient care reviews, audits and reports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the Director in managing staff including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
- May participate in the development of department staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those goals. This includes responding to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
- Assists with operations of unit services and integration with other departments.
- Hires, manages, and evaluates staff and services to build an effective work unit.
- Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor's of Nursing
- Experience: 2-5 years in Case Management
- Supervisor Experience: Preferred
- Licenses & Certification: RN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree: Master's
- Supervisor Experience: 2-5 Years
