Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Supervision, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Judgment
  • Proven experience as inventory/warehouse supervisor or similar position
  • Associate degree in business or related field, preferred
  • Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques. CPIM certification, preferred
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Leadership skills
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skill
Responsibilities
  • Determine and track most important KPIs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Oversee the planning and scheduling of production, ensuring the needs of the forecast are meet
  • Oversee daily operations and identify bottlenecks. Suggest continuous improvements
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Train and manage a team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members
  • Make suggestions for productivity improvements
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
