🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll while supporting compliance with payroll laws and company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of payroll systems and processes. 🗺️ Location

This is a remote position or based in our Boca Raton, FL office. The QV team operates across EST, CST, and European time zones. Success in this role requires a schedule that supports active collaboration during these working hours.

📆 Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing:

-Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal and international regulations.

-Maintain and update payroll records, including employee changes, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions.

-Oversee payroll adjustments, including commission calculations, deductions, and manual adjustments as needed.

Compliance & Reporting:

-Ensure adherence to payroll-related laws and company policies.

-Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.

Employee Support:

-Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

-Demonstrate strong communication skills to address payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and work closely with employees to ensure their questions and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

-Educate employees on payroll policies and procedures as necessary.

System Maintenance:

-Manage and update payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy.

-Collaborate with HR and finance teams to integrate payroll with other systems and processes.

Departmental Assistance:

-Assist with general HR and Payroll support as needed.

Who You Are ❗🔍

-You bring 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.

-A multi-tasker who thrives in dynamic environments and can juggle various responsibilities effectively.

-You have a proven track record of maintaining accuracy and timeliness in payroll operations.

-You are skilled in using payroll systems (ADP, Deel, or similar platforms) and have strong proficiency in Google Sheets.

-You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.

-You’ve successfully collaborated with HR, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

-You are flexible and able to work weekends as needed to ensure timely payroll submission for weekly payroll processing.
