  • Associate’s degree in food service, Nutrition, or Hospitality Management (preferred) or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
  • Serve Safe Certification or equivalent food safety certification, or completion of course within six months of hire
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of patient meal assembly, room service, and food delivery
  • Ensure efficient service and high patient and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee staff in meal preparation and delivery
  • Maintain kitchen and cafeteria cleanliness
  • Ensure adequate food supplies for patient units
Desired Qualifications
