Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on developing roadmaps, defining OKRs and north star metrics, and writing strong PRDs
  • Prior experience developing APIs or self-serve features for a Software as a Service like dashboard
  • A strong technical background and/or acumen and experience partnering effectively with engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Customer/end-user empathy and a passion for delivering elevated experiences that delight the users
  • Engaging interpersonal, communication and presentational skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive results
  • A team player willing to wear multiple hats and do whatever it takes to serve your customers
Responsibilities
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria for various product use cases
  • Set KPIs and ensure we have all the key metrics needed to inform on our success
  • Effectively lead cross-functional stakeholders and teams to deliver for our customers
  • Manage the product roadmap, maintain and prioritize product backlog
  • Create business cases for new products and features
  • Work as a trusted partner with engineering to align and execute on our initiatives
  • Educate and evangelize Card Present products within the broader organization
  • Be a prominent voice of our customers continuously evangelizing for their needs
