We are looking for a Manager to join the Talent Acquisition team who will oversee a team of Sales recruiters in Washington, DC to support the CoStar sales organization. CoStar is the most comprehensive platform for commercial real estate information, analytics and news with a 35 year + track record of proven success. The manager will lead the talent sourcing, recruitment, and selection process for a growing business with a focus on bringing top sales talent to the team. They will partner with Human Resources Operations, Compensation and Business Partners to ensure a seamless process and partnership. In this role, the Manager will play a critical role in the development of the talent within the team and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a team of 5+ talent acquisition professionals in full life cycle recruiting to support the CoStar sales organization. Ensuring the team is always staffed to meet talent needs of the sales organization.
- Take a data driven approach to managing and leading your team. Provide regular updates to leadership regarding pipelines, hires and achievements.
- Build strong relationships with sales leadership to understand business needs, allocate staffing and fulfill all strategic hiring needs.
- Maintain strategic alignment with sales leadership through the entire recruiting process, to onboarding and into the new hires first year to ensure success.
- Create regular reporting for business leaders to drive engagement and measure team performance.
- Provide regular coaching and guidance to team members to drive their success and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives including DE&I programming and other strategic hire initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with key agencies in order to activate when necessary for senior level hiring.
- Play an active role in interviewing and assessing talent and developing strategies to attract A players into sales and operations organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree required from a top university or college
- 3 years managing and leading recruiting team
- Must have experience working in a non-agency recruiting environment
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a full life cycle recruiting environment
- Proven track record of hiring A level sales talent and delivering strong recruiting results in competitive talent markets
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Workday experience preferred but not required
- Highly analytical and demonstrates and ability to tell stories through data
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Hands on leadership experience
- Demonstrates advance knowledge of excel and understands how to present data in powerpoint or other products
- Strong understanding and knowledge of talent acquisition landscape – tools, sourcing techniques, HRIS, CRM and best practices
This position offers a base salary range of $111,500 - $193,100, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
