Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role.
  • Validated experience working in the enterprise software.
  • Strong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive software demonstrations both in-person and virtually. On camera presence for virtual engagement with customers and corporate.
  • Ability to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Travel as required for the role, potentially making frequent trips. About 25% - 50% travel.
  • Ability to work independently, lead commitments, and deliver on deadlines successfully.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their prioritized executive business challenges.
  • Conduct compelling and factual Document Cloud product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities within an enterprise business.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of cloud-based solutions to deliver mentorship and support, alongside other 3rd party software.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation.
