Requirements
  • You have 3-5 years of market research experience, with familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • You have a B.A., M.A., or PhD in a field with a strong research or business emphasis.
  • You apply a strong understanding of research principles to strategic business questions using advanced analytic skills.
  • You can prioritize and manage multiple projects while working independently.
  • You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • You have interpersonal skills that support building client relations, effectively delegating, and providing mentorship to others.
  • You are self-motivated to take initiative and maintain high expectations for quality work.
Responsibilities
  • You will oversee and direct research projects and collaborate with a team while leading analysis and reporting on all projects under your direction.
  • You will utilize management skills in project management and financial management.
  • You will work with large data sets to discover and share compelling data-driven stories.
  • You will receive on-the-job training in advanced interviewing, management, methodology, and analytics.
  • You will think strategically and learn new things in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
