  • At least 3 years of work experience designing and implementing proof-of-concept cloud solutions.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and present AWS best practices and strategies.
  • Experience with Python and Bash.
  • Experience with Jenkins and Docker.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and services including CloudFormation, AWS CLI, AWS CDK, S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, Route 53, API Gateway, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, AWS Cloud9, AWS Organizations, CloudWatch, Auto Scaling, Config, CloudTrail, Service Catalog, Systems Manager, IAM, and Key Management Service.
Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy infrastructure and automate operations.
  • Design and automate security and compliance solutions.
  • Design AWS Data Lake implementations.
  • Design and develop AWS data quality and governance solutions.
  • Develop technical content such as automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers for customers building on the cloud.
  • Convey customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps.
  • Share real-world implementation challenges and recommend expanded or new capabilities and offerings.
  • Assist with technical briefs that document solutions.
  • Assist with reference architecture implementations.
  • Work with Marketing and Alliances to write blog posts.
  • Develop proof-of-concept code for AWS account setup and configuration automation.
  • Develop continuous delivery pipeline frameworks for establishing AWS accounts with configured, tested infrastructure.
  • Develop Service Control Policies and account baselines for customer security and compliance requirements.
  • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code for application infrastructure and pipelines.
  • Develop configuration management modules to automate server software installation and configuration.
  • Develop frameworks for orchestrating the build, test, deployment, and validation of infrastructure automation code.
  • Identify and document customer policies as specific statements about AWS resource configuration.
  • Develop policy-as-code logical tests to validate infrastructure configuration and block builds, take automated action, or alert on policy violations.
  • Design frameworks for testing infrastructure code or running AWS infrastructure to validate resource configuration and enforce policy.
  • Develop proof-of-concept code for data collection, ingestion, cataloging, storage, and serving from on-premises data sources.
  • Build AWS data lakes using AWS analytics in a multi-account environment.
  • Implement modern big-data Lambda architectures for batch and streaming data sources.
