Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or Information Technology or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with cloud-based CRM platforms or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in process and system development in MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Lead Routing, CRM, CPQ, Sales Chat, Prospecting and Enrichment Tools
  • Thorough understanding of Campaign to Lead, Lead to Order, Order to Cash processes in CRM space
  • Experience with MDM, ERP Order Management, and Sales Analytics
  • Business analysis and business process improvement in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment
  • Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with SME's, senior leaders, PMO, and business users/stakeholders
  • Negotiating scope and priorities for successful outcomes
  • Self-motivated, creative person with analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of database and integration approaches
  • Ability to write basic medium complexity SQL queries
Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements for Sales, Support, and Marketing functions
  • Lead business analysis for Lead to Account, Order to Cash processes
  • Deconstruct work items into smaller components and translate into Epics and User Stories
  • Develop test plans, validate application design, define acceptance criteria
  • Act as a liaison between Project Sponsors/Stakeholders and technical teams
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, lead discussions, summarize outcomes
  • Resolve issues between business requirements and technical feasibility
  • Support stakeholder testing and liaise between IT and Sales/Marketing/Services
  • Adhere to Quality Management System and relevant regulations
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
