Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth needs analysis to understand customer pain points and requirements
  • Developing and delivering customized presentations tailored to stakeholders in different roles (C suite executives, leadership, HR and Operations professionals, and key decision makers) to address each client needs
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with our most marquee clients
  • Managing account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing revenue generation through franchisee sales
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving HR technology needs to position the Workstream platform effectively
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Spend significant time traveling to meet with prospective clients, deepen relationships, and attend relevant industry events or trade shows
