- Completed commercial vocational training.
- Professional experience in a comparable position in a pharmaceutical environment is desirable.
- A quality-oriented mindset with a high degree of conscientiousness, critical judgment, and assertiveness is required.
- A structured, independent, and responsible working style and ability to work in a team are required.
- Good information technology skills are required.
- Very good German and good English language skills, spoken and written, are required.
- Record consumption and hours from protocols across all production areas.
- Check batch records for completeness after their return from pharmaceutical production.
- Check packaging records for the plausibility of reconciliation calculations.
- Print batch and packaging records for pharmaceutical production and sort the related documents.
- Create PDFs for provision to customers.
- Archive batch-related documentation.
- Process inquiries from internal and external customers, sometimes in English.
- Record vacation bookings and correct working-time records in Tisoware.
- Maintain Excel lists in the batch-record printing system and inspection-parameter tables, and create new products.
- Professional experience in a comparable position in a pharmaceutical environment.
