- Implement an Enterprise Application technology governance and change advisory framework to introduce new technologies and establish best practices aligned with operational and strategic goals.
- Accountable for governing all integrations between various business applications, ensuring comprehensive understanding of data flow dynamics and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders on tech-enabled projects to drive revenue, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead a team responsible for managing Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce.com, ADP Workforce Now, and supporting systems across the organization.
- Oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide applications to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and align technology solutions with business goals.
- Provide thought leadership in evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain organizational innovation leadership.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, consultants, and contractors to optimize enterprise application performance.
- Plan and lead all enterprise application implementation and upgrade projects.
