  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in retail math and analytics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities
  • Update weekly/daily reports and provide analysis and insights as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Buyings, Allocation, Marketing, Merchandising) to provide insights/analysis on business strategies and opportunities
  • Prepare communication to the business relative to sales, inventory, gross margin analysis through Excel, BI, and Adobe Systems
  • Analyze and recap the performance of sitewide promotions/digital codes/tests, effectively communicating results, learning, and future opportunities
  • Manage sitewide promotion exclusions to optimize profitability
  • Optimize and manage presale/backorder opportunity, search, out of stock, print on demand, neverouts
  • Competitor shopping analysis
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on product and site performance
  • Identify and optimize site opportunities that align with business strategies
  • Perform other duties as needed
