Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and creative guidelines.
  • Translate scientific and technical innovation into accessible, compelling storytelling.
  • Ensure visual and verbal consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Lead concepting, art direction, and execution of major marketing campaigns, launches, and brand moments.
  • Oversee creative asset production across video, social media, email, landing pages, influencer/UCG, and more.
  • Partner with performance marketing to deliver conversion-optimized creatives for paid media.
  • Build and lead an internal creative team including designers, editors, copywriters, and producers.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.
  • Drive a high-performing, collaborative culture grounded in experimentation and results.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends and emerging content formats (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels).
  • Develop content series and storytelling formats that drive engagement and virality.
  • Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to evaluate creative performance.
  • Rapidly iterate and scale successful content based on real-time performance data.
