Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Systems/IT delivery and support of application services and managing finance-related technology projects
  • Hands-on experience with quote/contract to cash processes, Salesforce, CPQ
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, procedures, and standards
  • Experience in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions, including system configuration and customization
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated ability to use structured problem solving and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root cause, create action plans, assess impact and develop resolution options
  • Ability to effectively elicit complex business requirements in both small and large settings across audiences including business and tech teammates
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce, project management, or finance-related fields would be an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of business-critical technology projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
  • Work collaboratively across the Sales, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Ops, Data, Engineering, etc. teams to objectively assess, articulate and recommend opportunities and solutions for business stakeholders
  • Translate conceptual / business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and designs to develop scalable technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Ops, finance, IT, and other departments to identify requirements and gather feedback
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
  • Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
  • Manage the delivery of Salesforce solutions, including system configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
  • Identify needs, secure commitments, and monitor the progress of deliverables for technical integration projects, managing project documentation, communication, planning
  • Ensure that projects are completed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement and automation to keep teams as efficient as possible
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by end users
  • Provide support and training to end-users of technology solutions
