Requirements
  • 3+ years accounting / financial services experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
  • Strong MS Excel / VBA skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain monthly asset allocation model to meet funds target allocations
  • Calculate monthly advisory and incentive fees, and pass-through expenses
  • Monitor and adjust currency hedge
  • Assist in the monthly close process for various multi-strategy funds
  • Produce performance estimates for distribution to senior management and Limited Partners
  • Prepare and distribute ownership and NAV statements to counterparties
  • Prepare quarterly tear sheets and monthly track records
  • Prepare financial models for strategic initiatives and fund analysis
  • Assist with annual financial and SOC 1 audits, regulatory reporting, and requests
  • Assist with maintenance of the team's policies and procedures
  • Work on technical and special projects
