Requirements
  • Experience developing and implementing overall organization data strategy in line with business processes and objectives
  • Experience identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management in line with the data strategy
  • Experience examining and identifying database structural necessities by evaluating operations, applications, and programming
  • Ability to advise higher level leadership on critical data management issues
  • Ability to consult with customers and key stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements for artificial intelligence and data applications
  • Ability to evaluate data storage requirements and prepare and implement data backup, recovery, and secondary data storage and disaster recovery
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management or IT
  • DoD IAT Level II Cyber Certification
Responsibilities
  • Design data architecture solutions for Service Oriented Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, virtualization, big data analytics, and cloud computing
  • Resolve routine data architecture issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams
  • Work with project staff to make decisions and recommendations on future data architecture developments
  • Establish processes and lead technological innovation
