Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and quality findings, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to large datasets to uncover trends and correlations.
  • Develop validated logical data models and translate insights into actionable business recommendations that drive operational and process improvements, leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports and automate reporting processes for regular and ad-hoc stakeholder needs.
  • Support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards.
  • Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions and business divisions.
  • Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured assignments when operating as an individual contributor.
  • Identify the need for additional areas of specialization and new directions for assignments or projects.
  • Consult on complex issues and provide advice to People Leaders in resolving escalated issues.
  • Perform work requiring coordination with related areas to achieve organizational sub-function objectives.
  • Collaborate with other areas to remain aligned with business activity and strategy.

Supermarket Income REIT secures $565M debt refinancing to cut costs and extend maturity

Supermarket Income REIT has secured a £445 million debt refinancing to lower borrowing costs and extend average debt maturity. The new facilities comprise a £375 million syndicate and £70 million bilateral arrangement, replacing all existing unsecured loan facilities maturing over the next two years. The refinancing includes four facilities ranging from three to five years, all with two one-year extension options. The average margin across facilities is 1.18% above the Sterling Overnight Index Average, delivering annual interest cost savings of approximately £300,000. The REIT has added Lloyds Bank and ABN AMRO as new banking partners whilst retaining relationships with Barclays, HSBC UK, ING and The Royal Bank of Scotland. The refinancing increases the group's weighted average debt maturity from 2.9 years to 3.8 years.
