Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a doctorate (or be ABD) in accounting or related discipline.
  • Previous professional experience (such as teaching experience or teaching assistantships, corporate training, pedagogical publications, or attendance at conferences) that demonstrates an interest in teaching excellence is expected.
  • An applicant interested in the position must have a commitment to social justice and ability to work with a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff.
  • Applicants must have a strong equity lens and record of creating inclusive spaces for learning and development.
Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will teach 24 units for the year (i.e., 12 units per semester) and contribute to a collaborative presence in the USF community.
  • Teaching responsibilities may include required core courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as electives in the candidate’s area of expertise.
  • Individuals should feel comfortable teaching with technology as our curriculum is delivered through in-person and/or online modalities.
