Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience working in an academic or industry setting
  • Hands-on experience with rodent handling, dosing (SC, IP, PO, IV), takedowns and tissue collection
  • Direct experience with rodent behavior assays
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data to teams
  • Self-starter, collaborative attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability and desire to support other in vivo efforts
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute rodent behavior experiments including compound formulation, dosing and handling, behavioral testing and observations, PK sampling
  • Analyze data and present results to in vivo group, project teams, or other internal groups
  • Maintain full compliance with animal welfare protocols
  • Support other in vivo efforts (behavior, pharmacokinetics) by providing help as needed
  • Assist with study report compilation and data review of internal and external experiments
  • Help to design studies, research new animal models and disease areas of interest
