Requirements
  • Minimum three years of post-college accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Software skills to include intermediate Microsoft Office Excel
Responsibilities
  • Prepare/review monthly financials with all related supporting schedules and account reconciliations
  • Prepare/review month end journal entries
  • Prepare/review lender draws and draw estimates
  • Prepare intercompany gain/loss deferral schedules and other consolidation supporting schedules as needed
  • Prepare budget variance reports, attend budget review meetings with project managers and adjust budgets as appropriate
  • Prepare semi-annual business plans and assist in preparing business plan presentation to senior management
  • Prepare semi-annual cash flow projections
  • Assist in preparing financial statement variance analysis
  • Prepare distributions
  • Prepare capital calls
  • Review real property tax assessments and participate in appeals where necessary
  • Prepare annual audit support schedules
  • Review and manage weekly cash requirements
  • Review expense coding for various items within budget guidelines
