Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field AND 9 years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in Program Management and/ or Product Support, OR a STEM Master’s Degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in Program Management and/ or Product Support.
  • Experience managing aspects of program execution including planning, baselining, and implementation across multiple teams.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 10%.
  • Must have current DOD Secret or higher clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP).
  • US Citizenship is a requirement for employment.
Responsibilities
  • Professionally and technically lead, direct, manage and administer contractor activities at the customer site.
  • Responsible as the single point of contact for all technical and administrative activities between USAF and the contractor team.
  • Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of the Global Hawk program.
  • Direct all phases of program from inception through completion.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
  • Act as primary customer contact for program activities, lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Develop new business or expands the product line with the customer.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Direct the work of employees assigned to the program/project from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a STEM area.
  • Previous experience working in supportability engineering and/or engineering management.
  • Previous experience working Product Support efforts on development and/or sustainment programs.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience working with the RQ-4 platform.
  • Previous U.S. Military experience with operations and/or aircraft maintenance background.
