Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing merchandising analysis that support the development of detailed category plans & strategies for upcoming category space changes and company initiatives.
  • Responsible for timely delivery of clear, concise space planning design documents that communicate merchandising strategy & category specific details.
  • Exhibits a high degree of proficiency in category planning software, Lowe’s internal systems & processes. (systems & analytics expert)
  • Accountable for the creation and timely delivery of merchandising plans to support company initiatives and deliver on documented strategy.
  • Seen as a trusted advisor in the delivery of space productivity analysis in support of the merchandising strategy.
  • Delivers advanced analysis in developing a customer-centric approach to merchandising plans.
  • Partners cross-functionally to shape strategic direction using analytical tools; consistently identifies category opportunities to optimize productivity.
  • Proactively uses problem solving skills, mitigates risk & improves program delivery to stores.
  • Actively leads process improvement efforts; makes recommendations to optimize workflow efficiencies.
  • Collaborates & communicates well across all s of the organization; cultivates vendor partnerships that support corporate strategies.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership on evolving concepts & business needs.
  • Exhibits team leadership amongst contract & Lowe’s Bangalore Support Center associates & influences engagement.
