Responsibilities
  • Identify core operational issues and propose new work streams, application solutions, and process improvements
  • Modify and scale existing processes to support more users and new business requirements
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, notifications, approval processes, Lightning Process Builder, and Visual Workflow
  • Collaborate with business teams to design, customize and configure improvements to the UI, reporting, and business processes
  • Play a key role in ensuring Salesforce interoperates seamlessly with other business productivity systems such as Netsuite and Marketo, among others
  • Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations
  • Provide advanced reporting and searching assistance
  • Manage data import, data cleansing, deduplication, optimization, and data maintenance efforts
  • Configure Salesforce and related applications - such as Marketo, Lane4, LinkedIn Sales Navigation - to ensure seamless data flow and integrations
  • Build reports and dashboards to assist individual team members and management in measuring progress against goals, efficacy of new initiatives, and improving performance
  • Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, and access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
