Requirements
  • Experience in a production or assembly environment, distribution, or a related field is required.
  • Experience using hand tools is required; experience with crimpers is a plus.
  • Ability to sustain long-term attention to detail and follow through accurately on role-related tasks.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift, move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in areas where the production noise level may be loud.
  • Ability to clearly communicate regarding work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Follow technical instructions and technical terms.
  • Assemble a wide range of products based on written instructions.
  • Discern the quality of parts and materials used in production.
  • Examine finished products for conformance.
  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
  • Follow company procedures and directives.
  • Maintain the tools used to assemble products.
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
Desired Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Quality control experience in a production or assembly environment is preferred.
