View

Cottonwood Residential focuses on investing in and managing multifamily properties. It combines asset and property management with expertise in the financial, construction, and legal aspects of Tenants in Common ownership to support shared ownership deals. How it works: the company acquires and finances multifamily assets, manages construction and ongoing operations, and coordinates TiC agreements, capital structures, and governance for each property. How it differs from competitors: it concentrates exclusively on the multifamily sector and offers an integrated, end-to-end service that spans investment, development, operations, and legal/financial structuring, including TiC arrangements. Its goal is to grow and stabilize value for investors by delivering steady cash flow and well-maintained communities.
