Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Corporate Security is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The primary shift is 12 noon to 8 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • The ability to work with little or no supervision during the shift is required.
  • Organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certification are preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, are required.
  • The ability to walk the building for up to an hour at a time, utilize staircases, and sit for long periods is required.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Greet, engage with, and assist associates, vendors, and visitors upon arrival.
  • Control access to company properties by verifying associates against the approved entry list and recording visitors and vendors in the visitor log.
  • Create identification badges and assign appropriate security clearance.
  • Maintain knowledge of and monitor facility closed-circuit television and access control systems.
  • Answer and transfer internal and external phone calls.
  • Initiate internal and external investigations based on daily inspection findings or information received from other sources.
  • Create incident and injury reports and apply first aid when needed.
  • Build productive business relationships and understand each organizational function.
  • Make knowledgeable and informed decisions based on departmental policies and procedures.
  • Support Asset Protection management by completing Asset Protection vendor-management responsibilities from the corporate office.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed by Asset Protection management.

KnitWell Group has appointed Jessica Sibley, CEO of TIME, to its board of directors. Sibley brings over two decades of experience in brand transformation and growth across global media organisations. As TIME's CEO since 2022, Sibley has led the 103-year-old brand's evolution into a diversified global enterprise spanning journalism, digital media, live events and television production. Sarah Evans named chief human resources officer at KnitWell Group

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail apparel company with eight American brands, has appointed Sarah Evans as chief human resources officer. Evans will lead human resources across KnitWell's portfolio, which includes Ann Taylor, Chico's, Lane Bryant, LOFT and Talbots, whilst overseeing corporate communications, belonging and philanthropy. Evans brings extensive experience from large, multi-channel businesses. Most recently, she served as chief human resources officer at Ocean Spray, leading global human resources and corporate communications. Previously, she held senior HR roles at Terminix and Walmart, supporting workforces ranging from 4,000 to over two million employees worldwide.
